Cost: introductory class free. $10.00 per class for four weeks($40.00). Must have a minimum of eight kids for any class.
Your girls can learn the fundamentals of boxing, basic kicks, proper form, cardio workouts, and more. Classes are 45minutes to one hour for ages seven and up. Must have at least eight kids to request a class. Introductory class is free. After introductory class kids sign up for one month (four classes) at $10.00 per class.
